The More Faces of Carl (Gallery 3) Here are more great examples of Carl, the most interesting pig in the world.
Emerald City Comic Con: Seattle, WA 2018
The amazing Patrick Reynolds continues to raise the bar with the quality of talent in Carl's gallery. This definitely a side of Carl you do not want to see. Great job here. Visit his site.
Yet again the talented Rick Marcks has indulged me by rendering a "fire side" Carl. Visit this guy at the Comicons or visit his site.
OK, so I saw this guy and naturally I had him draw Carl the Pig as a fish. He did a pretty good job and had a fun time doing it. Note: he is the guy wearing the rainbow hat.
Fishy artist who goes by the name "Deathbulge."
So I colored the Carl as a fish drawing and it turned out a lot like a Dr. Seuss cartoon. Pretty spiffy.
K. Lynn Smith takes a second go at Carl. Nice job here.
Georgia Roberson.
Kiki'ssh drew a great Carl. The original has more of a yellow tone. Really great job here and definitely in a style different than my own.
Katie Longua drew this colorful and festive but cross Carl. Nice job here and there is no need to color it.
Greg Scott Bailey
I believe this is from Brian Hess. Not 100% sure. Nice job on a sneaky looking Carl.
Shane White. inked Carl as a stereotypical tough guy with quite a set of eyebrows. Nice job here.
Chris Hamer of Urbnpop took up the Carl challenge and produced a very different Carl. Nice job. I'm not sure if I will color it since I like it as is.
Caleb King penned this Carl with borrowed material & tools from Chris Hamer of Urbnpop. Nice job here all things considered.
Cassie Anderson makes another appearance in the Carl gallery with this mysterious pig.
Clay McCormack did a great job here. Looks like Carl had a difference of opinion with a gaggle of ninjas.
My colored version. Had fun doing it.
Michael Garland inked a grim, fish-faced Carl. Aqua-Pig perhaps?
Red Masquerade
I turned Chef Carl into a sign that will likely be used in the background of some of my cartoons.
cherry city, Portland, Or 2018
Yuki Saeki. A nice, suave swine.
Collin Lawler. A quick sketch.
Natalie Metzger with a bit of a Simpson's slant to our beloved Carl.
Sarah Cosico pictured Carl on the crafty, sneaky, side.
Dave Law.
Patrick Reynolds with another great and gritty Carl. Reminds me of Men in Black.
Carlyle Wilson with Carl wallowing in style. Well done.
Jack Stepp with a Casino Royale style Carl.
I cannot remember who this was. If you are the artist please contact me and I will attribute and link.
Rick Marcks with another super Carl. This time he is in the Old West. Nice.
Wizard world, Portland or 2019
Jamon Red penciled a nice Carl who looks like he might be about to get down to business.
colored version
Bianca Barreto sees Carl as a quirky and sly. He seems to be hamming it up here. Nice work.
In living color here
Eddy Decker inked this very Bond-like version of Carl. Hard not to like this one.
Added a touch of color and a frame. Nice.
Finn Sylvester drew this Carl. It looks like he just finished some wet work here. Nice gun and smoke here.
I splashed a bit of color on Finn's work here. It turned out pretty well.
Joe Wos drew this snappy little toon. It was inked only and I just added some color. Nice job.
Patrick Buermeyer inked this gritty version of Carl. This is a pig not to be trifled with. Great job that inspired the following 2 colored versions. He also wins in the category of Largest Signature.
I did this on the way to the next version and really liked it.
